These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the legally binding terms governing your access to and use of the Unpaying One website and mobile application, collectively referred to as the “Platform.” Your access to or use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to comply with these Terms. Use of the Platform
Upayog One provides users with secure document storage, the ability to share documents with other Upayog One members through unique access codes, and a streamlined service request feature that enables users to access company services conveniently with a single action.
In order to use certain features of the Platform, users may be required to submit personal or business-related information for support, service delivery, or operational purposes. Any information provided by users will be handled responsibly and used only in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. We do not misuse, misrepresent, or unlawfully disclose user information.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
